A Domestic Referral Agency outsources housekeeping jobs to independent domestic worker/housekeepers who are registered and under contract with the referral agency. The housekeepers are not employees of the referral agency, as such, they have complete freedom in how much they earn and how much they work.
I need to cancel/change my appointment, what do I do?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For any appointments canceled or changed without 24-hour notice, there will be a $30.00 cancellation fee.
I have a cleaning today, where are they?
Please note that they have a 1-hour arrival window in which to arrive at your home. Road and weather conditions can damper the best of intentions. Thank you for your patience.
What cleaning tasks are included in a cleaning?
You are only limited to the amount of time you purchased, not cleaning tasks. Please let the housekeeper know what your priority list is so that they can work off that.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?
It's up to you! The housekeeper does bring all cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. If you want them to use any of your supplies, please let them know and they will incorporate that into the cleaning.
Is it okay to leave a gratuity?
Leaving a gratuity is entirely up to the client.
Will the same housekeeper come out for each visit?
Our weekly and bi-weekly clients are referred to a housekeeper who will arrive for each cleaning. The only time we'll need to send an alternate housekeeper is if the housekeeper is sick, or for any reason that prevents them from coming out that day. We will be sure to communicate with you if this should happen.
What is the earliest/latest appointment time?
Our first cleanings start between 8:00 am and 9:00 am and our last appointments start between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm.
